He is a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State and has served at posts in Africa and the Middle East. Adopting a Chomskyan framework, Bipartite Negation proposes a syntactic analysis of a negation strategy found in numerous languages, heretofore unaddressed by the theory.
