Charles Edward Hunter (1920–2010) fue un evangelista y autor cristiano estadounidense, reconocido por su labor en el ministerio de sanidad divina junto a su esposa, Frances Hunter. Conocidos como “The Happy Hunters”, dedicaron cerca de 40 años a liderar cruzadas de sanidad por todo el mundo, enseñando a los creyentes a orar por los enfermos y a ejercer el ministerio de sanidad . Su enfoque accesible y basado en la fe atrajo a miles de personas a sus eventos y capacitaciones.

Entre sus obras más destacadas se encuentra Cómo sanar a los enfermos (1973), considerado un manual fundamental en el ámbito de la sanidad cristiana . Otros títulos relevantes incluyen Manual de sanidad y El libro de los ángeles, todos publicados por Whitaker House.
