The book does so in a way that is somewhat irreverent yet respectful, serious yet fun, and challenging yet empowering. Mike Shereck has a bias toward men, simply because he is one. If change must occur, it will begin with him and those like and near him. In Mike's view, for society's problems to be solved, first men must own it.
