This journal will help you set goals, track positive changes in your life, help create motivation, and spark creativity. It is easy to use and can be started at any time during the year. The journal's goal setting pages will focus your time and efforts, and help define what is truly important to you. There are thirty day life challenges to help keep things fun, along with some blank challenge calendars to create your own. A weekly planning page is provided to list things you need to accomplish, meal plans, habits you are trying to create, and affirmations, along with a section to write, doodle, and create ideas. The page for each day has space to make a list of things you are grateful for, set your intention or goal(s) for that day, as well as to write down the day's thoughts and experiences and check off your habit tracker at the end of the day. Every few weeks there is a "give it a try" section designed to help you dive deeper into your journey. In the back of the journal are extra goal sheets, extra 30 day challenge pages, and tracking pages.Change can be hard.
