A look at what it was like for me growing up as a teenager in a home full of drugs, abuse, dead beat parents, mental illness, and a lack of community and support to help me become the person I wanted to be. I hope this book will give you someone to relate to so that you don't feel alone in all that you're experiencing in your life, and help you find the courage to reach out and tell someone what you're going through and ask for their support. At the end of the book I've created a simple guide on how to create your support network. You have good people around you who care about your well being. It might be hard to see, but I can guarantee they exist. You don't have to be alone.
