Graham McNeill es un escritor y diseñador de juegos escocés, nacido en Glasgow en 1971. Estudió arquitectura en la Universidad Caledoniana de Glasgow y en la Universidad de Strathclyde antes de iniciar su carrera en Games Workshop en 2000. Allí trabajó en White Dwarf y desarrolló múltiples códices para Warhammer 40,000, incluyendo Tau, Necrons, Chaos Space Marines, Imperial Guard y Daemonhunters, consolidándose como uno de los autores más influyentes del universo de Warhammer.
