What emerged was the discovery of an already present, intelligent, operating system that became an unstoppable force of loving guidance. This guidance offered “breadcrumbs from the universe” which consistently led to expansive experiences and a deepening sense of well-being. It lovingly guided him through an ongoing integration process of mind, body, and soul, naturally unfolding through the intelligent wisdom of the universe. He found that as his inner world shifted, his whole life rapidly transformed for the better. Relationships, finances, physical health effortlessly came into balance. Contrast to the work hard, no pain no gain ethic he’d lived by his whole life, life began to flow through him with a sense of ease as his capacity to lovingly step out of his own way grew. His story shows the practicalities and life-altering realizations that accompany an ever-expanding shift in identity. The Knock reveals that when we become available to life, life lives us into our fullest potential and guides us back home to love.
