In the year 2025, Lieutenant Asha Hawkins has just graduated from West Point. Bucking the system, she volunteers for the Special Forces qualification course to become the first woman ever to wear the vaunted green beret. Before starting the course, her father, Ron Hawkins, gives her a crystal marble and tells her to keep it with her at all times...that it is a good luck charm. During the final portion of the course, Asha encounters a real-world ambush by a group of men who were given orders to stop her from advancing. Taken to an isolated shack, her captors beat her severely, leaving her in a coma. When Asha wakes up, she is in a different world, a place unbound from linear time. There, she is met by Major David Allan who welcomes her to The Quantum Zone, a place of reality beyond what is perceivable to her mind, body, and soul. While David trains Asha for a mission she must face back on earth, the two fall in love...a timeless love beyond historical dimensions...if only she can defeat the demons within, as well as the physical ones she faces in The Quantum Zone.
