Bob's pregnant wife, Susan has become the center of the Okanagan family these days, and since her daughter is turning three years old, a Birthday party is in the works. Susan wants it to be a day to remember, so takes off to downtown Okanagan on a shopping trip with her children who end up inadvertently reeking havoc on the lovely little unique shops. Birthday excitement turns to chaos and in the midst of the turmoil, it seems Susan is having a mental breakdown. The family is intensely focused on Susan as she goes into labor. In spite of all the delays and interference, Bob struggles madly to get his wife to the hospital before the baby is born...
