In A View From the Deck, Rob refuses to offer his readers pat answers to difficult questions about sexuality or to pontificate about the proper Christian response to those who wrestle with the same giants he has faced. Instead, he gives us a glimpse into the human experience-a glimpse that inspires empathy, compassion and a deeper awareness of our need for grace, regardless of our position on the issue. Rob Farnsley has lived a life of Christian service. He devoted over 23 years to church-planting missionary service. Prior to that, he served for a number of years on a college campus ministry team. He has been heavily involved in church ministry and service over all these years. He is single and looking forward to his best years ahead of him, although he says they have been pretty awesome already.
