He is the founder of ACTS (Apostolic Council of Transformational Servant-Leaders) and ECAL (Embassy Coalition of Apostolic Leaders), apostolic networks which include church and marketplace leaders in the United States and numerous other nations.Dr. Cottle has earned an A.B. degree from Florida Southern College, Lakeland, Florida; a Master of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Columbia, South Carolina; and a Ph.D. in Religion from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California. He also earned a Master of Science in Education and an Ed.D. from U.S.C.
