It's a short and fascinating exposition piece and it includes a number of scientific propositions, as well as detailed geometric drawings. There was some obscure editing done by the author in the formatting of his creation. And this is an exact duplicate of his text in every way (including formatting), except this a large print version so it's easier to read.
