Dr. Nasty Mothafucka, as the protagonist of these lurid tales calls himself, is a man who’s quite dedicated to his work. Although the reasons that women come to him are varied, they’re generally seeking new heights of sexual ecstasy. Lucky for them, Nasty, who has a doctor’s office despite having no apparent medical training, is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve those goals. Indeed, he does his very best to tailor his sexual methods to his patients’ needs, from pleasuring a self-proclaimed “big girl,” whose lovemaking scheme involves being fed cake, to helping a woman who says that she merely wants to “have some of the nastiest, freakiest, roughest sex in life.” He’s hardly one to mince words when he gets down to business, and despite the novel’s relatively short length—well under 200 pages—there’s a lot of business to get down to. Coleman presents Nasty’s exploits in short chapters throughout, allowing readers to explore everything from a “How to Give Cunnilingus Seminar” to multiple, freestyle raps (which fail to add much sexiness to the proceedings). Still, the book is every bit as playful and explicit as the protagonist’s name would suggest, as Nasty isn’t exactly searching for deeper philosophical meaning in his erotic exploits. The various chapters are full of kinky, fun, and sometimes-shocking behavior, but nothing about the individual characters makes them particularly stand out. Whether readers will enjoy the whole affair rests with their tolerance for such statements as Nasty’s exclamation during an encounter with one playful woman: “Simon didn’t say do that shit—but Simon like that shit!” A fast-paced series of sexual romps featuring a main character who lives up to his moniker. So PUCKER UP and get those LIPS WET! Because when he's done with you, you will taste chocolate and foreplay after reading each short story from you wetting your finger tips with your tongue to turn pages that will lead you to suck them dry causing a certain 'sound' to be made; you know the 'sound' that's made when your lips come off a lollipop after a hard suck - that 'sound'. You might get sick and need a doctor. Get " Dr. NM'fied" and join the movement.
