Stewart argues that current leadership models are woefully incomplete in what he describes as this ""new world of difference."" He presents a strong argument that traditional leadership models are predicated on a ""us"" versus ""them"" model of leadership thinking that provides little help when the ""us"" is becoming more and more diverse.
