Reseña del libro "Dial-UP Y2K (en Inglés)"

Remember when the phone was attached to the wall? Before everything moved to a screen, an afternoon meant the mall food court, a stack of blank CDs, and a landline cord stretched down the hallway. Dial-Up Y2K brings those afternoons back, one page at a time. Low-rise jeans, platform sandals, and a butterfly clip for every mood. Inside you'll find 27 original hand-drawn pages: full scenes to get lost in, portraits framed with the era's favourite motifs, and overhead flat-lays of everything that used to live at the bottom of a shoulder bag. What's inside • Full scenes — the mall food court, the diner booth, the arcade, a sleepover, the video rental aisle, the school lockers, the boardwalk, a house party, the bowling alley • Portraits — space buns, butterfly clips, blunt bangs, hoop earrings, tinted shades • Flat-lays — nail polish and glitter, hair clips and a crimper, a tipped-out shoulder bag, a bedside table, the inside of a locker, a floor covered in CDs and cassettes Made to be coloured, not just looked at •Every page printed single-sided, so markers can't bleed through onto the next one • Large, open shapes with room for markers, gel pens, or pencils • A test-swatch page at the front to try your colours before you commit • Generous 8.5 x 11 inch pages A gift for anyone who grew up in the early 2000s OR anyone who wishes they did.
