Reseña del libro "God the Wonder of Wonders (en Inglés)"
In Judges 13, Manoah stood before the Angel of the LORD, whose name was declared to be Wonderful. When He ascended in the flame of the altar, God revealed in shadow what would later be displayed in fullness in Jesus Christ: the sacrifice accepted, the Mediator exalted, and redemption secured. In God the Wonder of Wonders, Dr. McMahon traces this revelation through the cross, resurrection, ascension, present intercession, and glorious return of Christ. These chapters show that the Angel of the LORD is the eternal Son and that the whole history of redemption declares one great truth: God in Christ is the Wonder of wonders. This book calls the reader to recover a biblical vision of God. Modern Christianity often loses its strength because it loses sight of who God is. When God is diminished, worship becomes shallow, holiness becomes optional, and salvation becomes sentimental. But when He is seen as Scripture reveals Him, sin becomes serious, grace becomes precious, Christ becomes glorious, and eternity becomes real.Moving from Manoah's field to Calvary, from the altar to the empty tomb, and from Christ's ascension to His certain return, this work presents the majesty of the living and redeeming God. It calls believers to behold Christ with renewed reverence, rest in His finished work, trust His present intercession, and live in readiness for His coming glory.God the Wonder of Wonders is a call to see God rightly, worship Him reverently, trust Him fully, and live in the light of Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory.
