Peter Milligan (nacido el 24 de junio de 1961) es un escritor británico conocido por su trabajo en cómics, cine y televisión.

Milligan, nacido en Londres, Inglaterra, comenzó su carrera de cómic con historias cortas para 2000 DC a principios de los años ochenta. En 1986, Milligan trabaja en 2000AD en el título " Bad Company ", con los artistas Brett Ewins y Jim McCarthy . "Bad Company" fue una popular historia de guerra en el futuro y ayudó a Milligan darse a conocer en el mundo del cómic.

Al mismo tiempo, Milligan, Ewins y Brendan McCarthy habían estado trabajando en el título de antología , Strange Days for Eclipse Comics . Strange Days presentó tres lineas , " Paradax ", " Freakwave " y " Johnny Nemo ".
