Meet Madisyn Chambers - She has the career she wants, the friends she needs, the brother who protects, supportive parents, and the man of her dreams. Her life is perfect. Or so she thinks. Anything from their bitterness and constant attitudes, to trying to run everything. The alternative? Any non-black woman, "the others," and their willingness to accept whatever he throws their way...No questions asked. Ultimately, Madisyn must face some of her own issues and prejudices and gets caught up in something unexpected; causing her to re-evaluate what she wants for her future. Will she open her heart and see that she just may have been looking for love in all the wrong faces?
