Organizational Behavior has been influenced by a number of allied disciplines like Sociology, psychology, political science, management, economics and engineering. The study of Organizational behaviour is about what an individual thinks or feels or does in and around an organization, both individual and in group. It also scrutinizes the emotions, behaviour & performances of an individual as well as the team. It helps to investigate and provide an understanding of all the factors that are necessary to create an effective organization.
