"Post match blues" appears after the Olympic Games. Athletes suffering depression, identity crisis, food and drink disorders loss of balance, and insomnia, are a very common phenomenon. WHO declared: traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are covered in ICD 11 from 2018. The whole dimension of holistic Sport TCM psychiatry is as follows: Depressive Disorders-Yu Zheng, Anxiety Disorders -jing ji, Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders OCD-Yin, Bipolar and Related Disorders-Mania- Yu Zheng and Kuang Zheng, and Yu Zheng, Sleep-Wake Disorders-Insomnia-Bu mei, Feeding and eating disorder-Fei Pang, Substance Use and Addictive Disorders-jie du, jie jiu, jie yin, Neurocognitive Disorders-Pain- tong bi, tou teng, tou yun, mian teng, Dementia-chi dai.
