Aliens from Mars & Venus shoot DNA meteors all throughout the universe and both specifically target Terra (Earth) time and time again. Constantly fighting over Terra, they observe early man from MoonBase, a satellite moon designed and made especially for Earth. They observe and alter the DNA of early humanoids to achieve their goal of creating Homo Sapiens. They adhere to their ancestors goal of spreading humanity throughout the entire universe with conservative values. An opposing faction of Radicals bent on taking control of the universe will stop at nothing to achieve their final goal of becoming the universe's leaders. They are known as The Order.
