Malachi 3:10 Dr. Sandra Barker Dunbar-Smalley is an occupational therapist and Vice President of a Leadership Institute. Dr. Lori Barker is a psychologist, professor and business owner. Dr. Linbrook Barker is a retired surgeon and resides in California with his wife, Marcia.
