There was no one around to ask how my disability would affect things. I felt bitter against the world. Why me? Why not somebody else? You know, if I had the chance to go back now, I wouldn't change a thing. I'd like to take out my bad parts, but no one's perfect. I've always known that I'm very lucky to have had such a loving family and such very good friends and I'd like to thank them for all they've done to shape me into who I am today.'
