Earlier to this she worked as a Lecturer in Composite College at Singareni Collieries Women's College, Kothagudem, Khammam District for about seven years. She worked on deputation as Course Coordinator for B. Sc. Education Department from 1996 to 1999. This widened her knowledge about practical side of Education.The author has been actively engaged in teaching, research and guidance. She got several papers published to her credit. Her area of research includes Early Childhood Education, besides she also took keen interest in Educational Technology and Communicative English and Personality Development.
