Nelson Alexander "Alex" Ross (Portland, 22 de enero de 1970) es un destacado escritor y artista estadounidense, reconocido por sus ilustraciones en cómics que exhiben un realismo fotográfico. Su estilo ha sido aclamado por su capacidad para capturar la esencia mística de los superhéroes, colaborando principalmente con Marvel Comics y DC Comics. Además, es co-creador de la serie "Astro City", que explora el mito de los superhéroes.
