All educational institutions lay emphasis on Quality Education. It is a far cry in the absence of Quality teachers. Unfortunately there is an acute shortage of quality teachers all over in general and India in particular. Reason being perhaps teaching is the last destination for the intelligentsias. Therefore a majority of teachers are the " Teachers by Chance and not by choice " . This book is an effort towards enhancing the effectiveness of teachers so that the objectives of Quality Education can be accomplished to a greater extent .This is based on my vast and varied experiences and experiments of teaching, training and educational administration . Hopefully it will enrich and equip the teachers fraternity with necessary tools and techniques of effective teaching. The inputs in the book have been tested and experimented in various school systems for teaching and training.
