Dan would have to start as an entry-level employee and remain incognito for his experiment to work. Read the fantastic story! You wont believe what this chef comes up against when he executes his study as planned! It gets very interesting when his boss delegates duties that have him breaking the rules that he has pledged throughout his life to honor and never break! It is not all bad though, see how things work out better as planned when Dan finds more talent and skill than he has ever seen before! A quick read and an excellent story!
